Directions for use

Dissolve 10 g (two scoops) in 300 ml of cold water, consume immediately.

Low caffeine: Dissolve 5g (one level scoop) in 300 ml of cold water, consume immediately.

Allow at least 3 hours between doses.

Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver.
