DIRECTIONS

Shake or blend 1 scoop (32g) with 200ml to 300ml milk or water. Ideally, take 30-60 minutes before your workout or immediately post activity. Take a shake to work for a snack or try a serve sprinkled over your breakfast cereal for a high protein start to your day! Consume approximately 1 to 1.5g of protein per kg of body weight through a combination of high-protein natural foods and quality protein supplements. For the best results, consume your daily protein requirement evenly throughout the day. Take up to 3 serves daily.
